Spring Challenge

• You can search for an in-person race and sign up directly on the registration page. Entries are free and we ask you to aim to raise £50 for a 5k or £100 for a 10k.

• Alternatively you can run your own 5k or 10k virtually whenever you like and setting your own fundraising target. Once you complete your virtual run let us know and we’ll send you a special virtual medal to celebrate your achievement. Whichever way you take part you can set up a JustGiving fundraising page via our campaign page

Designed by Clean Clothes Inc. the Sober Spring t-shirt is an exciting, unique and exclusive design just for us. The t-shirt is available from 1 March and throughout Sober Spring. We’re delighted that 100% of the t-shirt sales profit be donated to Alcohol Change UK.

It’s that time of the year to have a clear out so why not support Alcohol Change UK at the same time. You can sell your unwanted items on Vinted, eBay or Facebook Marketplace and donate the money what you make on our JustGiving campaign page.

If you have an idea of something you’d like to do, go for it! It could be big or small, but whatever it is we’d love to hear more about it and support you to achieve it. Once you’ve planned out your activity you can set up a JustGiving fundraising page via our campaign page.
